We take a series of coating thickness readings from various locations on each job - after light blasting and then after the final powder coating. This gives us a record of the existing coating thickness (e.g. galvanising where applicable) and then the total coating thickness after coating - underlying coating plus the powder coating. Our minimum powder coating thickness target is approx 90 microns which means we comply with the Australian Standards requirements.

The data from these thickness readings is recorded in each job file - once our NetSuite ERP system is fully up and running, customers will be able to log in and download this thickness data along with other job information including oven temperature data logging.
